I’ve got a lot of big group photos in the collection. Often I’ll pick one up because I notice a small detail or two that appeals to me, and other times it’s the whole group that appeals. For your entertainment today we have a number of big group photos, and where there’s small details that I found chillingly exciting, I’ve highlighted them and blown them up for you.
A couple of the photos come with locations and years attached, others don’t and the periods are guestimated. Considering the big groups pictured, some of the actual photos are very small (2-3 inches on the longest side) so the details get a bit blurry when blown up. For me though, that’s part of the appeal!
